Shipping policy

Please keep in mind that this shop is run by one person (~yours truly~), but my goal is to get your new goodies to you safely and as fast as possible! I usually ship out orders within one to two business days, or as described for special items/custom orders. If a package is returned as undeliverable, I will contact you via email to determine whether you would like a refund or for me to ship the order again. If you wish to have it resent (to another address, etc), you will be responsible for providing another shipping payment as shipping costs are not refunded when a package is returned. To avoid this, please ensure that you are providing a correct address during checkout. Any packages that are returned in good condition can be refunded minus the shipping cost.
